Each year the Accreditation Association Standards and Survey Procedures Committee reviews and revises Accreditation Association standards to ensure that they remain relevant to the ambulatory care community. These revisions are released for a 30-day comment period to allow interested parties an opportunity to comment on the proposed standards. The revisions are then sent to the Accreditation Association Board of Directors for final approval.
